I hope you you’ve been doing regular backups.

I’ve gone the hardcore route using rsync via Cygwin with Windows Task Scheduler.  I also used the free version of Syncback SE.

I recommend Cobain Backup, however.

Cobain is good because it lets me keep 4 copies of full backups on my external hard drive.  It also runs as a service.

Glad I had a good backup a few weeks ago when I had to reformat my machine.
