I love this video. There’s creativity in everything we do. Or I should say, we can choose to embrace creativity in all we do. The hard part is that cultivating of “creativity” that Gladwell mentions.

My creative side is screaming for an outlet. Words like this encourage me to be more deliberate in prioritizing it. It’s /not/ a waste of time. It /is/ fruitful, but the results aren’t necessarily spreadsheet material.
