As much as people gripe about to so-called “blundering war on terror”, it’s in the interests of the US to keep things like this under wraps. We really have no idea what’s going on, because all we have is a biased mainstream media feeding us a bunch of crap.

Articles like this make me doubt the mainstream media. The “Global War on Terrorism” is being fought right here in the good ole US of A. Terrorists don’t need nukes when they have something just as destructive — our very own news corporations.
The money’s too good for the media outlets to question what’s being given them.

No tags for this post.This is why I hate the mainstream media. I was actually saw this particular interview. Makes me sick. Even though they had correspondents in both Lebanon and Israel the whole segment focued on the pain and suffering caused by Israel in Lebanon — basically glorifying and giving credence to Hezbollah. My first thought after I saw it was — oh, great this is just what the terrorists want — more stores about dead children. Big bad US and big bad Israel.

Why in the world would our country invade another without carefully considering the threat posed? For oil? No. To protect our country from a real threat? Yes.
