If you haven’t seen the Gizmodo series on Lego, you’ve got to check it out.ย They’ve broken it up into several pieces.ย I did one post about it a while back.ย I thought it was just a single post deal, but no, it’s a whole series.
Here are all of the parts:

Well before I got my first computer in 1987, I was completely enthralled with LEGO.ย When I happened on this Gizmodo post today, I think I had a heart palpitation.ย How cool would it be to see a vault of all LEGO sets released since 1958?ย Wow.
If you can’t get enough LEGO info, check out the Brickset LEGO reference site.ย Here’s another site of instruction book scans that I mentioned in a previous blog post.
Ever want to find build instructions for an old LEGO set? Check out the sweet BrickFactory site.
I still have all of the instruction booklets from my childhood sets.
Set 856, in particular, was the one I saved up over $50 for and ordered directly from LEGO in 1985. I still have the original typed receipt.
